How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50. With a $75 purchase or more, you will receive free shipping.

When will my item ship?

We will ship your item as soon as it is complete.  If your items do not need monogramming and are in stock, they will ship within 2 days.  If some of your items need monogramming, the whole order will ship upon completion of all personalization.  Usually, this is within 2 weeks or less.  You may contact us to check on current timeframe for personalization.

Do you allow for returns or refunds?

If your item is personalized, we do not accept returns nor refund.  If we make an error, we will be happy to replace your item with an exact item with the correction made.  If you make a mistake in the information you provide, we will not replace the item at our cost.  Please double check the information you provide before placing the order.

All other sales are FINAL.  

If your item is damaged from transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the item and attach pictures of the damaged container and item for us to contact USPS for an insurance claim and replacement for your item.
