Refund policy

Returns: Returns for refund are allowed for non-personalized items only. You must contact us within 3 days from delivery date for return authorization. Return authorization will not be issued after 3 days from delivery. Returned items must be unused in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Items must be shipped to us within 5 days of return authorization at your expense.

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, should we have made a mistake in personalization, please contact us to rectify the error. Please proofread your entries as we do not replace items at the customer's error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund is approved.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days of notification of refund, please check with your credit card company. Sometimes it takes a few days to post to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You will always receive tracking information to be informed of your item's movement.
